On August 31, 2022, in order to introduce the relevant laws and regulations of the metal industry chain and the European Union carbon tariffs, CCCMC and the Nickel Institute jointly held a Webinar on the Green, Low Carbon and Sustainable Development of Metal Supply Chain.

CCCMC Vice Chairwoman Qian Jingfen attended the webinar and delivered a speech.

Chinese and EU experts conducted special discussions on the Risk-based Approach for Chemicals Management, Proposed EU Battery Regulation and other Compliance Requirements, An Outlook of Nickel-based Battery Development and the impact of EU carbon tariffs on China-EU trade.

The webinar was held both online and offline, and had more than 40 attendees from home and abroad.
