Sponsored by Jiangsu Department of Commerce and organized by Jiangsu International Trade Promotion Center and CCCMC, the Docking meeting of "Jiangsu Quality Products Going Global"— a special event of Jiangsu construction and building materials for Pakistan buyers was successfully held online from August 23rd-27th, 2021.

Forty-one representative foreign trade enterprises from the construction and building materials industry in Jiangsu Province participated in the meeting. CCCMC, together with the organizers of the Pakistan Building Materials Exhibition and the local industry association, carefully matched 141 local buyers for the Chinese enterprises, with the aim of continuing to implement the "Belt and Road" Initiative and stabilize foreign trade.

The main exhibits include laminated flooring, SPC flooring, LVT flooring, HPL
Decorative High-pressure Laminate, compact grade laminate, raised flooring system, plywood, aluminum-plastic panels, laminated board, WPC wood-plastic floors, LED lights, solar lights, garage doors, industrial doors, canopy rooms, roll forming machines, cabinets, bathroom cabinets, heat exchangers, wall stickers, etc.

The Chinese companies participated in a total of 289 "one-to-one" docking activities, with an average of 7.05 buyers for each exporter.

The Pakistani government will build a new city in Karachi called Bond Island, which will have more than $50 billion invested in various constructions, especially housing. Today, the construction industry is booming thanks to government incentives to private builders. Many companies are looking for Chinese-made products, and the Pakistani government is pressing Pakistani importers to import construction materials from China to meet the demand of Pakistan's housing industry.

The participating enterprises spoke highly of the organizational work of CCCMC. Matching buyers in advance, pre-meeting training, coordination during the meeting, being equipped with translators, and assisting enterprises in asking for buyers’ contact information all save a lot of time in the process of docking with customers and help enterprises match with the most suitable buyers.
